Proper Form Holdings is leading the development of The Cooperage Club, a spirited golf destination and members club in the heart of Kentucky’s Bourbon Country.

The Kentucky Bourbon Trail continues to break annual visitation records of 2M+ with most coming from out of state (76%) and from high income households (62% income over $100K). But while visitation has grown, tangential services, amenities, and activates catering to these visitors have been slow to develop, creating an opportunity in the marketplace.

The Cooperage Club will feature 75 well curate hospitality units, an 18-hole golf course, authentically Southern restaurant and patio, event and wedding space, and concierge services connecting every guest to world of Bourbon destinations in the region.
